Obituary

Dennis George Osha was born in Danville, Pennsylvania and preceded in death by his parents Wilbur Clarence Osha and Doris George Osha.

He leaves behind his wife of 39 years, Kylene Martin Osha; three children, Dennis George Osha, Jr., Laura Gray, and Dawn Michelle Kelsey. He also leaves behind five wonderful grandsons, Ryan Gray, Sean Gray, Brady LeFebre, Cody LeFebre and Conner LeFebre.

He will be sadly missed by all his golf buddies and his beloved pets Abby and Angie.

Denny served twenty years in the Army as an Electronic Warfare/Signal Intelligence Voice Interceptor and as a Physical Activities Specialist. He was stationed all over the world in places most people have never heard of.

In his own words, he had 73 years of a wonderful life. Although not born in Texas he married a native Texan and became a country boy. He will be sorely missed.

A graveside memorial service will be conducted on November 14, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery at 11463 Texas 195 in Killeen, Texas 76542.

Arrangements by Cook-Walden/Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, Texas 78628 (512)863-2564.

I've enjoyed the pix that have been posted, looks like everyone had a good time. I have to admit that I didn't recognize anyone other than Murph who still has that same old goofy look he had 50 years ago.

I've never been one to have pictures taken of myself although I've dug one up that I like. If you would like, I can send it. If not, no problem.

Wow! YES! Please send pictures of you, family, friends, etc. We will post them. Your name came up frequently at the reunion, and we were all disappointed that you were not there. BUT, everyone understands that there are reasons that people could not be there. If you've read the profiles, you will know that Peter Collins and John Thomas are fighting serious health issues, and Bill Moran's daughter is fighting stage 3 ueterin(sp?) cancer. Obviously none were able to make it to the reunion.I'm sure they would get a kick out of hearing form you,you should be able to get their email address from the web site, if not let me know and I'll get it to you.Either way, copy me so I can share with the rest of the lads.
All the best....>Mike S.

I only have a couple, so I'll use the upload photos function and try that way.

I'm sorry to hear of some of the guys having declining health, but at our age it's inevitable. When you first brought out the site, I was amazed at how many have already passed away. The past three generations on my father's side died prior to turning 65 and that's why I retired at 57, even though I wasn't ready. Here I am at 68 and I'm ready to go. The problem is no one wants me!

Well done, Denny! I'm glad I finally found a classmate that could actually maneuver around the web site! And you look in better shape than most of us! >Mike

  Mike,

I'm not good for much, but I can maneuver my way around both a computer and a golf course without much problem.
